Delete your account
Work Ride Rentalz (app ID com.workriderentalzmp.app) lets you request permanent deletion of your account and the data connected to it. Submit the form below and we will process your request.
How to request deletion
- Fill out the form on this page using the email address on your account.
- Or, if you are signed in, use Deactivate account in your owner or driver dashboard.
- Or email info@workriderentalzmp.com with the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile (name, email, phone).
- Uploaded documents and photos (ID, insurance, registration, vehicle photos).
- Vehicle listings you created, and any rental requests you submitted.
- Messages and in-app notifications.
What may be retained
Transaction and payout records tied to completed rentals may be retained for up to 7 years where required by tax, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. Retained records are kept separate from your profile and are not used to contact you.
Timeline
Requests are confirmed within 3 business days and completed within 30 days. Accounts with an active rental must return the vehicle and settle payment before deletion can finish.
